1. Eligibility
You must be legally capable of entering a binding agreement and meet the age, residency, identity-verification and other requirements displayed for the relevant service.
2. User obligations
- Provide accurate information and keep it current.
- Protect your device, password, PIN and authentication codes.
- Review transaction details before authorization.
- Notify KashTok promptly of unauthorized activity.
- Cooperate with reasonable security and compliance checks.
3. Acceptable use
You must not use KashTok for fraud, money laundering, sanctions evasion, unlawful activity, system interference, impersonation, rights infringement, malicious software or artificial transactions.
4. Service availability
We aim to provide reliable services but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance, telecommunications, banks, billers, card networks, security needs, law or events outside reasonable control may affect availability. Planned or coming-soon features may change before launch.
5. Fraud prevention
We may screen users and transactions, request information, impose limits, delay or reject activity, and make legally required reports.
6. Account suspension
We may restrict, suspend or close access where we reasonably suspect fraud, security compromise, prohibited use, false information, legal non-compliance or a serious breach of these terms.
7. Intellectual property
KashTok's name, logo, software, interface, text and graphics are owned by or licensed to KashTok. They may not be copied, reverse engineered, sold or commercially exploited except where law permits.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, KashTok is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, inaccurate user instructions, user security failures, third-party services or events outside reasonable control. Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
9. Modifications
We may add, change or withdraw features and update these terms as the business, technology, partners or law evolve. Material changes will be communicated where appropriate.
