How to request deletion
Submit the form below or email info@kashtok.com using the subject “Account Deletion Request”. Use your registered email address or phone number. We may verify account ownership before processing.
What information is deleted
After verification and completion of required account steps, we will close the account and delete or anonymize optional profile data, marketing preferences, saved non-regulatory settings and other information not subject to retention requirements.
What may be retained
Records may be retained where required for legal, regulatory, tax, audit, anti-money-laundering, fraud-prevention, security or dispute-resolution purposes. This may include identity-verification records, transaction history, communications and the deletion request.
Processing timeline
We aim to acknowledge requests within 2 business days and normally complete verified deletion requests within 30 days. We will explain if legal obligations, unresolved transactions or investigations require more time.
